You may cancel your doorstep repair appointment free of charge at any time prior to the technician being dispatched to your address. Cancellations can be made by calling our hotline (1800-202-6208).
Once a technician arrives at your premises and performs the physical diagnostic inspection of your appliance, the visiting diagnostic charge is non-refundable as it covers travel expenses and professional engineer time.
If a spare part installed by our technician fails within the stipulated service warranty period (30-90 days), our team will re-inspect and replace the defective component free of charge. If a replacement part cannot be sourced or the issue remains unresolved after repeat attempts, a partial or full refund for the part cost will be issued.
